Cadet European Cup Bielsko-Biała 2026

Today I competed in one of the toughest tournaments of the three European Cups in Bielsko-Biała. In my pool, I immediately faced the world number 11 and the eventual winner of the tournament. The goal was to fight against strong international opponents and show that I can compete at this level. I am satisfied with that.

I won some great matches against a Belgian and a Pole. I just fell short against the Georgian and the Azerbaijani. Especially in the last match, I felt there was more in me. Nevertheless, I can look back on my judo today with great pride. I have learned a lot and will take this experience with me to the next tournaments.

Results:

• 1st match (BEL 🇧🇪) – Win

• 2nd match (GEO 🇬🇪) – Loss, eventual winner of the tournament

• 3rd match (POL 🇵🇱) – Win

• 4th game (AZE 🇦🇿) – Loss

Ultimately finished in 9th place, with many lessons learned and valuable international experience.

Following that, I have two more great training days ahead of me.
